Jodene Paulson

Memorial Services for Jodene Paulson will be held Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 1:00pm at Ostmark Lutheran Church, Rural Watkins Minnesota. Jodene Anne DeMorrett Paulson was born on June 1, 1962 in Minneapolis, MN to Ruth (Nelson) and Cy DeMorrett. Jodie graduated from Owatonna High School. She went on to operate The Village Dry Cleaners in Owatonna, MN. Jodie was a fun loving person, a great cook and chose to do things her way. Jodie suffered from alcoholism and a 7 year bout with cancer. Jodie is survived by her Mother Ruth Ruka, Step Father Dennis Ruka, brothers James (Cheryl) DeMorrett, children Joshua, Levi and Ryan DeMorrett of Rhame, N.D.; John (Kelli) DeMorrett, children Jordan, Mitchell and Weston DeMorrett of St. Francis, step sisters Denise Anderson, Laurie (Gene) Knoll, Tom (Vicki) Ruka. Jodie had 3 sons, Noel, Eric and Brian Paulson. Jodie joined her Father Cy, sister LeAnne DeMorrett along with grand parents, Gust and Ruby Nelson and Nick and Adeline DeMorrett. God Rest her soul.
